Stirling Square Capital Partners created GDT through the double buy-out of the two specialist aerospace components businesses: Deutsch Metal Components (DMC) of the USA and Permaswage of France. This created a global market leader in the engineering and manufacture of state of the art metal connectors, tubes and fittings for the aerospace and defence industry.
