Metroweb

Metroweb owns and operates a capilliary fibre optics network in the Milan metropolitan area as well as in other selected areas of Northern Italy. The network provides broadband connectivity to telephone, television and internet service providers, public administration bodies and private corporations. In the Milan metropolitan area alone, Metroweb’s fibre optic cables stretch for 286,000 km and pass through over 66,000 buildings, representing one of the most extensive metropolitan access networks in the world.
