Gregorio Napoleone

Before co-founding Stirling Square, Gregorio was a co-founder and managing director of Tetragon Partners, a private equity advisory firm focused on the middle-market. Prior to that he was a principal at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in London, after transferring from New York to support the expansion of DLJ’s private equity activities (DLJ Merchant Banking Partners) in Europe. Before joining DLJ Gregorio worked at Bankers Trust in New York and Milan. His previous experience includes executive positions in industrial firms in Europe and Asia. Gregorio holds an economics degree from Università Bocconi in Milan.
