Stirling Square Capital Partners is a private equity firm which invests across Europe in mid-market companies with enterprise values between €50m and €500m. We manage two funds, a number of co-investment positions and a Special Opportunities investment portfolio, with total committed capital of €777m. We have made seventeen investments since our establishment in 2002.
We see our role as a catalyst for change, providing management with our skills as an investment team and our capital. Our approach is pan-European and our investment team reflects this diversity; we represent seven different nationalities with eight European languages spoken. Through our extensive local relationships across Europe we are known for providing solid transaction foundations where local jurisdictional and cultural understanding is essential.
