The network is made available to telephone, television and internet service providers, public administration bodies and private corporations. In the Milan metropolitan area alone, Metroweb’s fibre optic cables stretch for 265,000 km and pass through over 62,000 buildings, representing one of the most extensive and capillary metropolitan access networks in the world.
