Stirling Square Capital Partners led the double buy-out of the two specialist aerospace components businesses: Deutsch Metal Components ("DMC") of the USA, which engineers and manufactures state of the art metal connectors, tubes, and fittings for the Civil and Military aerospace, marine, and power distribution industries, and Permaswage of France, which engineers and manufactures state of the art metal connectors for the aerospace industry.
